ReplyButler stores your boilerplate texts and other text phrases directly in Outlook. You can automatically insert them into your answer mails with a single click, which is great for using Outlook as helpdesk. No other clipboard or text automation tool needed. All boilerplates can be stored in multiple languages and the right version is automatically chosen when you insert the text phrase into your answer e-mail.
